个人简介
陆林宇,浙江大学转化医学研究院/附属妇产科医院教授,博士生导师。课题组研究方向为DNA损伤修复与生殖细胞发育,特别关注减数分裂同源重组。具体研究内容包括:1. DNA双链断裂修复与减数分裂同源重组(减数分裂同源重组的分子机制、卵母细胞减数分裂同源重组检查点的关键信号通路与分子机制、精母细胞减数分裂前期独特的DNA双链断裂修复机制);2. DNA损伤修复与生殖细胞维持(DNA损伤修复在精原干细胞自我更新与分化中的作用、DNA损伤修复缺陷导致卵巢早衰的分子机制)。作为通讯作者在NEJM、PNAS等杂志上发表研究成果。
